
For example, if you mess up the settings of Shadowed Unit Frames or Bartender and wish to revert back to the default MayronUI setup then type /mui install, go to the custom install tab, and re-check that addon in the AddOn Settings to Override box, and press the Install button again. The custom install tab allows you to re-inject the default settings for individual addons included in the MayronUI pack. Lastly, make sure the Load out of date AddOns checkbox is checked to ensure a safe install, as shown below:Įnter the world with any character you wish and press the INSTALL (or CUSTOM INSTALL) tab on the setup menu and then press the final install button. First, verify that all addons are enabled by clicking on the AddOns menu button in the bottom-left corner of the character selection screen and clicking the Enable All button. Log in to World of Warcraft but do not enter the world just yet. If one of the addons in the UI pack is already installed and you did not follow the recommended step 4, then you risk corrupting your addons. Ideally, you should start with an empty addons folder unless you know what you are doing. Your addons folder should now look similar to this (note that the below example is for retail, so yours may look different):īe careful not to merge the downloaded addon folders with ones that previously existed in the targetted addons folder.
